Lithia is in a buying mood. It has opened a line of credit and raised $400 million, some of which could go towards acquisitions, its CFO told the Wall Street Journal. On the one hand, that means the buy sell market in 2020 may be fairly healthy. On the other hand, it seems consolidation will continue.
