Volkswagen gets more time to reach settlement with U.S. government and VW owners

A U.S. Federal judge extended until June 28 the deadline for Volkswagen to reach an agreement on how to compensate owners of VW vehicles impacted by the automaker’s installation of software that falsified diesel emissions on its vehicles, and as to reach an agreement with the U.S. government on the matter, reports Automotive News here:
