Niello Co. President Rick Niello said the transaction will include both the Volvo franchise and the 2-acre property. The 93-year-old company plans to move the dealership to its Acura location and convert the newly purchased 22,000-square-foot, $3 million building into an Italian car dealership.
In addition to Volvo and Acura, Niello Co. also has 10 other brands with plans to add Alfa Romeo to its portfolio.
