Roundtree Auto Group of Dallas partners with Lantern Capital Partners to acquire dealerships

Roundtree Automotive Group of Dallas, Tex. has partnered with Lantern Capital Partners, also of Dallas, to acquire high-quality auto dealerships throughout the United States, the two companies said in a press release.
