The Newton Motor Group has acquired Shelbyville Automotive, which includes a Ford dealership and a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC dealership in Shelbyville, Tenn., reports the Shelbyville Times-Gazette here:
The names of the dealerships have been changed to Newton Ford and Newston Chevrolet Buick GMC.

Unbelievable hard work as a family like team to get a multi-State Deal done in the blink of an eye. Absolutely no hassle and I was able to drive from Florida to pick up my vehicle in less than an hour after arriving. Next time I’ll fly in but definitely we’ll worthwhile to only buy from these guys.
