New Jersey is getting close to approving Tesla’s direct sales to consumers in that state as a bill to allow it was passed unanimously by the Senate Commerce Committee, reports Automotive News here:
The full Senate must now pass the bill, which Governor Chris Christie has said he would sign into law.
