Jerry Miglorie has sold his Nissan dealership in Rutland, Vt. to the Garvey Auto Group, pending manufacturer approval. Miglorie has a son in the business but Nissan wants the dealership to move to a location near a number of other dealerships. That would be too costly, Miglorie told Automotive Buy Sell Report.
Garvey Auto Group is based in Glen Fall, N.Y. and also includes Hyundai, Volkswagen, and Kia franchises.
