In the latest settlement related to its use of software which hid the extent of emissions on some of its diesel engine vehicles, Volkswagen AG will spend up to $10 billion to buy back 2009-2017 VW Toureg and Audi Q7 diesel models while a fix will be offered for newer vehicles, reports the Associated Press.
