A judge declined to block the sale of a Devon, Pa. Nissan dealership to Joseph Bush. Jr. In the suit, Thomas McMenamin claimed Nissan blocked his purchase of the dealership and awarded it to Bush in order to drive up prices in the area. Bush owns other Nissan dealerships in the area. Nissan used right of first refusal to stop the sale to McMenamin, who has quit his job in order to take over the Nissan dealership.
