The Joe Machens Dealerships group in Columbia, Mo., is settling into its new ownership by the McLarty Automotive Group of Little Rock, Ark., reports the Columbia Daily Tribune here:
The McLarty Automotive Group, owned by Mark McLarty, did not acquire the Joe Machens BMW and Joe Machens Mercedes-Benz dealerships, which remain with Gary and Rusty Drewing, former owners of Joe Machens Dealerships.
The McLarty group will keep the Joe Machens name and the dealerships will change their name to BMW of Columbia and Mercedes-Benz of Columbia.
