In a familiar scenario, long-time dealer George Assoun, wishing to retire but apparently having no family members to take over the business, sells his stores to Nicholas Parks.
The stores were operating under the name Marina Square Auto Center. They are now known as Nicholas Parks Hyundai and Nicholas Parks Kia. San Leandro is in the San Francisco Bay Area.
