Houston-based Group 1 Inc. has sold a Honda dealership in Freehold, NJ. The store generated approximately $65.0 million in trailing 12-month revenue. Group 1 President and CEO, Earl J. Hesterberg, said he expects Group 1 will “continue to execute similar actions this year while continuing to look for growth-oriented acquisitions.” Group 1 had acquired at least nine new dealerships by late July in 2014.
