Hidy Motors of Dayton, Ohio has split the sale of its four dealerships among several buyers. Germain Motor Co. acquired the Honda and Ford franchises while Superior Auto Cincinnati acquired the Hyundai and Acura franchises. The Superior sale is expected to close Jan 5; the Germain deal waits OE approval.
