HGreg.com, the U.S. subsidiary of Canada’s HGregoire dealership group, has acquired the AutoNation Nissan dealership in Kendall, FL and changed the name to HGreg Nissan Kendall, HGreg.com said in a press release. The value of the transaction is estimated at $75 million including property, upgrades and facility improvements as well as inventory.
HGreg.com now has two Nissan dealerships in Florida and six continent-wide.
