Publicly-listed Group 1 Automotive Inc. , which is based in Houston, has reopened all of its dealerships in Houston and Beaumont, two cities heavily impacted by Hurricane Harvey, and the group estimates it will incur some $15 million in storm-related damage expenses, but Group 1 does not anticipate any shortage of inventory from the storm, Group 1 said in a press release.
