Publicly-listed Group 1 Automotive Inc. has divested itself of three dealerships on the East Coast representing $160 million in trailing twelve-month revenues, including Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen of Freehold, New Jersey, and Ira Toyota of Milford, Massachusetts, the Group said in a press release here:
