Publicly-listed Group 1 Automotive Inc. has acquired Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown, near Austin, Tex. which also includes Smart and Sprinter franchises, and the dealership is expected to generate $100 million in annual revenue, the dealership group announced in a press release here:
