Publicly-listed Group 1 Automotive Inc. has acquired Beadles Group Ltd, a dealership group based in the United Kingdom that includes Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Skoda, Toyota, Vauxhall, and Kia franchises in the greater London metropolitan area and is expected to generate approximately $330 million in annualized revenues, Group 1 announced in a press release.
