Hoy Fox Automotive Group, based in El Paso, Tex. with seven franchises, has been split into two groups. The Hoy family will operate the Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz stores and the Fox family will operate the Toyota, Scion, Lexus, Acura, and Infiniti dealerships.
