Doggett Industries, which owns heavy equipment dealerships, has acquired the Lone Star Ford auto dealership in Houston from Sonic Automotive and will relocate the dealerships, reports Houston Business Journal. The name has been changed to Doggett Ford, according to William Doggett, general counsel of Doggett Equipment Services Group, the parent company.
