Patrick Dibre has acquired Hassel Volvo from Group 1 Auto Inc. The Volvo dealership, located on Long Island, NY, is now known as Glen Cove Volvo. The transaction was completed on June 23, 2014. According to Group 1 the dealership generated approximately $30 million in trailing-twelve-month revenues.
