A study by auditing firm Total Dealer Compliance found that only 37 percent of auto dealers surveyed conducted comprehensive auditing training, resulting in lost profit of $792,000 per dealership and that 65 percent of dealers had not had a comprehensive audit done in 12 months, reports Automotive News here:
