Daimler AG has sold 15 Mercedes dealerships in Germany to Lei Shing Hong, a Hong Kong-based company, reports BloombergBusiness here:
Lei Shing Hong also owns Mercedes, Porsche, Smart dealerships in Northeast Asia, including Mainland China. Its other businesses include property development in Mainland China, and distribution of Caterpillar heavy machinery in Northeast Asia.
