California judge denies Uber bid to force driver who says she should be considered an employee into arbitration

A federal judge in California, calling Uber’s contract with its drivers “flatly inconsistent,” denied the ride-sharing app company’s bid to force into arbitration a driver charging that she should be considered an Uber employee, reports BloombergBusiness here:
