BMW of North America has agreed to drop a suit against Wyoming Valley Motors dealership group in Pennsylvania which charged Wyoming Valley agreed to sell its BMW dealership to Ed Napleton Auto Group without BMW’s knowledge, reports The Citizen’s Voice.
