Publicly-listed AutoNation Inc. will acquire four dealerships and five franchises in Westchester County, New York from DiSimone Imports, including BMW Mt. Kisco, Land Rover Mt. Kisco and Jaguar Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle from The Premier Collection and White Plains Jaguar, subject to manufacturers’ approval and representing some $190 million in revenue, AutoNation announced in a press release.
