AutoCanada sues former executive over his dealership acquisitions

Publicly-listed AutoCanada Inc. is suing its former CEO and chairman Patrick Priestner over his acquisition of some dealerships through his own company while working for AutoCanada, but Priestner says the charges are without merit as AutoCanada could not itself acquire the franchises, reports the Ottawa Citizen.
