AutoCanada has acquired Toronto Dodge Chrysler Ltd.. Paul Stern was the previous owner of the dealership. He had owned the store since 1986 and will remain Dealer Principal. AutoCanada Inc. is Canada’s only publicly-listed dealership group. It also recently acquired three other Toronto dealerships.
Dealer Solutions Canada brokered the deal.
