AutoCanada Inc. has gotten approval from Chrysler Canada to acquire the operating assets of a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in Alberta, Canada from the Rewucki family. The dealership, which has been operating as Tower Chrysler Plymouth Ltd., has a leased facility which includes six car showrooms and 22 service bays. The transaction is expected to close on August 18, 2014.
In June Auto Canada acquired a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It was also previously family-owned.
