Group 1 Automotive Inc. has sold two luxury dealerships on Long Island and industry sources say the buyer was Florida-based Automotive Management Services Inc. Hassel BMW/Mini and Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa had trailing twelve-month revenues of approximately $260 million. Group 1 also disposed of the owned real estate associated with the dealerships.
