Napleton Dealership Group of Westmont, IL is suing Jaguar Land Rover, Long Island Automotive Group, and Miami lawyer Manuel Kadre after Jaguar Land Rover exercises right of first refusal just before sale of three Long Island JLR dealerships to Napleton. Kadre then closed a deal to buy the stores within a month.
