Telsa has gotten permission from the Henrico County Board of Supervisors in Virginia to open a Tesla store in a former furniture warehouse in Henrico but the electric vehicle maker awaits permission from the state’s DMV and auto dealers association to actually open its second store in the state, reports Richmond Times Dispatch here:
