Rich Gargano and Cliff Chester, owners of multiple Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealerships in the San Francisco Bay Area, have acquired Lane Splitter Harley-Davidson in San Jose, CA from Jeffrey Soffer, Performance Brokerage Services said in a press release.
