Publicly-listed Lithia Motors Inc. has acquired six franchises from the Prestige Family of Fine Cars dealership group of Bergen County, NJ, which includes MW, Mini, Mercedes, Toyota and two Lexus stores which will add approximately $900 million in steady state annual revenue, Lithia announced in a press release.
