Publicly-listed Lithia Motors Inc. has acquired the Audi Auto Gallery dealership in Woodland Hills, Calif. and will relocate the dealership to nearby Calabasas, bringing its 2016 annualized acquired revenue to over $1 billion, Lithia reported in a press release.
Calabasas, in southern California, is home to many luxury franchises.
