The LA Car Guy dealership group of Los Angeles, Calif., owned by Mike Sullivan, has acquired Subaru of Santa Monica from Ron Davis. Performance Brokerage facilitated the buy/sell and provided this information.
Ron Davis will continue to own and operate Santa Monica Ford Lincoln.
