As part of a $4.5 billion expansion in southeast Michigan, Fiat Chrysler plans on building a new manufacturing facility there. The Detroit Free Press has announced that the company will add five factories total in the area that are projected to bring over 6,000 new jobs. FCA also sees opportunity in the growing market of SUVs with third-row seating.
