FCA fires back at Napleton dealerships suit, seeks dismissal

Automaker FCA has filed a request for dismissal of a federal racketeering suit filed by a group of dealerships that are part of the Napleton Automotive Group in Illinois, claiming the charges are baseless and an attempt to publicly smear FCA, reports Automotive News here:
