Dobbs Management Service LLC, a family investment fund, has acquired GWP Holdings LLC, the parent company of heavy-duty truck dealership operator Western Peterbilt. GWP operates 17 heavy-duty truck dealerships in the Pacific Northwest.
Dobbs Management Service owned a large car dealership business in the past but sold it to AutoNation in 1998.
