In the wake of reports of three accidents, one fatal, in Tesla vehicles using auto pilot technology, the Center For Auto Safety, Consumers for Auto Reliability and Safety, Consumer Watchdog and Public Citizen have in a letter to President Obama called for a slowdown in allowing self-driving cars on public roads, reports The Detroit News here:
