Randy Reed Automotive Group has purchased Car City Motor Co from Carroll and Matt Cathey and Roger Auxier in St. Joseph, MO. The dealership has Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and Hyundai franchises.
The Randy Reed Automotive Group also owns, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and another Chrysler franchise in the Kansas City and St. Joseph, MO area.
Don Brown of Midwest Brokerage helped to complete the deal.
