The privately-owned Dilwari Group, Canada’s largest automotive dealership group, has placed 29 of its 57 stores in the Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and expects that the publicly-listed REIT will help it acquire more dealerships in Canada and possibly the United States, reports The Globe and Mail here:
