David Billion Jr. appeared before the Sioux Falls, S.D. city council to speak in opposition to his family’s plans to expand one of their dealerships in the city, reports the Argus Leader here:
Billion Jr. is no longer involved in the family’s dealership business. Family dynamics can be a difficult hurdle in dealership succession issues.
