Publicly-listed Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (APR-UN.TO) of Canada has agreed to acquire three automotive dealership properties from AutoCanada Inc. (ACQ.TO) for a total purchase price of approximately $30.4 million , excluding closing costs and the Audi Queensway property from the Dilawri Group for $36.5 million, reports Yahoo Finance.
