Asbury Automotive acquires Ford dealership in Ft. Worth, Texas

Asbury Automotive Group has acquired its first store in Fort Worth, Tex., a Ford dealership.  Previously known as Texas Motors Ford, the store will be rebranded David McDavid Ford.  It generates about $140 million annually in revenue.
