Publicly-listed Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) of Canada has acquired the BMW Laval automotive dealership property in Laval, Québec, part of the Montreal metropolitan area; and the Sherwood Park Volkswagen automotive dealership property in Sherwood Park, Alberta, part of the Edmonton metropolitan area, from AutoCanada Inc., the REIT said in a press release.
