Jimmy Dick, owner of El Paso-based Viva Auto Group, and his son-in-law Derek Kulach have acquired the Lithia Dodge Ram FIAT of Las Cruces dealership in New Mexico from Lithia Motors Inc. and changed the name to Viva Dodge Ram FIAT.
