Super Group, based in South Africa, has acquired the U.K.-based Essex Auto Group, which includes five Ford franchises (Southend, Rayleigh, Thurrock Lakeside, Billericay and Basildon head office), , Kia franchises in Southend, and Thurrock Lakeside and Fiat and Mazda in Southend, reports Automotive Management.
