Watson Motor Co., located in Clovis, N.M. and consisting of a combined Lincoln and Toyota franchise, has been acquired by an El Paso, Tex.-based private investment group called RB Motors, which changed the name of the RB Toyota and plans to build a new facility, reports El Paso Times.
