KKR private equity group sells most of its share of China Greenland Rundong Auto Group to Group’s founder

Private equity firm KKR & Co. LLP  has sold all but 7 percent of its 27.1 percent holding in China Greenland Rundong Auto Group to the Group’s founder and chairman Yang Peng for HK $592.6 million, reports Deal Street Asia here:
